OUR PROCESS
Check Availability and Reserve
Our first step is to confirm that we have your letters available for your event day. Use our contact page to reach out to us to get the conversation going. Once we confirm your letters, location, and your date, we will send you a quote approval
Details and Discussion
After quote approval, we will begin discussion regarding the details of your event. Day-of contacts, Delivery and Pick up schedule, Marquee placement and arrangement, etc. After all event details are discussed, you will return your signed contract and 50% deposit
Delivery and Pick-Up
Your final payment is do 7 days prior to your event where we will confirm all delivery and pick up details. Our delivery driver and setup technician will coordinate with your provided contact to make sure your marquee is set up properly. Pickup up may be immediately after event or the following day if discussed.
